About Pilates

Pilates is a method of exercise developed by Joesph Pilates in the early 1920s. It was originally called “Contrology”. The exercises are low impact with a focus on core control and alignment. Pilates can improve posture, strength, and flexibility with controlled movements and intentional breathing. This way of exercising creates a stronger mind body connection and promotes all over wellness.
